What is it? Installing, repairing, maintaining or operating electrical devices or wiring.

Why is it important to sustainability? – Qualified and competent electricians guarantee interrelated technologies are installed and maintained safely. Chartered Surveyors work in all fields of property and building consultancy. A Chartered surveyor is a surveyor who has gained, and consistently demonstrates, a high level of skill or competence in their field of work, recognised by the award of formal accreditation from RICS.

Therefore, their influence extends beyond mere property valuation, as they act as vital advisors to clients on matters of sustainability.
