Moving on Up

Moving on Up is a programme to support construction companies in retaining and progressing women in their businesses.

What is Moving on Up?

Moving on Up (MOU) is a project aimed at supporting women on low pay working within construction to progress in their careers and to support construction companies to tackle their gender pay gap.

Moving on Up aims to support women in construction by:

Assisting low-paid women in advancing their careers.
Creating gender diversity action plans for companies.
Engaging with key stakeholders for sustainable change.
