Emerging Talent Programme: Increasing ethnic diversity in the built environment

Future of London is working with major employers in the public and private sector to give talented Londoners from ethnic minority backgrounds the opportunity to launch careers in the built environment sector.

This initiative, led by Future of London, works with public and private employers to increase ethnic diversity in the built environment. It focuses on building pipelines of talent from ethnic minority backgrounds, providing career opportunities and addressing the underrepresentation of diverse professionals in the sector.
